Caribbean Villa Escapes (CVE) is a luxury villa rental division of Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS), launched in December 2024. We offer a handpicked collection of luxury villas across Jamaica, providing privacy, comfort, and tailored services for both leisure and business travelers.
Where are your villas located?
Our portfolio features luxury villas in Jamaica’s most sought-after destinations, including Ocho Rios, Great River Private, and Rose Hall. Each villa is selected for its views, secure gated setting, and proximity to local attractions. We are expanding across the Caribbean in 2025.
How do I book a villa?

Can I host events or weddings at your villas?
Yes. Our villas are ideal for intimate weddings, milestone celebrations, and special events. We work with top planners to create bespoke experiences.
What is your cancellation policy?
Policies vary by villa and season. As a general guide:
High and Low Seasons
25% deposit to confirm; balance due 60 days before arrival.
- Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Cancellations 60+ days before arrival are refunded less a 20% cancellation fee.
Christmas and New Year’s Weeks
50% deposit to confirm; balance due 120 days before arrival.
- Cancellations within 120 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Cancellations more than 120 days before arrival are refunded less a 20% cancellation fee.
Thanksgiving Week
50% deposit to confirm; balance due 90 days before arrival.
- Cancellations within 90 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival are refunded less a 20% cancellation fee.
Non-Payment of Balance
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation; deposits are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation from unforeseen circumstances.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We do not sell travel insurance, but we highly recommend securing coverage. Our team can guide you to reputable providers.
Is there a security deposit or damage fee?
A US$149 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee applies and covers accidental damages up to US$3,000, replacing a large upfront security deposit. For select villas (e.g., at the Tryall Club), a refundable security deposit may be required at check-in by the property’s front desk. If no damage occurs, it is fully refunded. If damage occurs, we will reimburse up to US$3,000 under the waiver.
How do I get to the villa?
Most villas are accessible from nearby airports. We work with trusted transportation partners for seamless airport transfers and personal chauffeur services.
Are pets allowed in the villas?
Pet policies vary by villa. Share your plans and we’ll help you find a pet-friendly option if available.
What if I need assistance during my stay?
Our team is available for general inquiries and urgent property-related issues. For personalized arrangements (tours, transportation, spa, and more), our Concierge Service is available at an additional cost.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as possible, especially for peak periods (holidays, summer, winter), as popular villas fill quickly.
Can I see more photos or videos of the villas?
Yes. Each villa listing includes a photo gallery and, in some cases, videos or virtual tours. Contact us for additional details or a virtual walkthrough.
Do you offer discounts or special promotions?
Occasionally, especially during off-peak seasons. Subscribe to updates and follow us to receive exclusive offers.

We partner with Chukka Caribbean Adventures and Island Routes for tours and activities, and with VIP Attractions for personalized airport services, including Club Mobay and Club Kingston lounges. We also collaborate with local transportation providers for smooth transfers and chauffeur access.
